Trollz (2005) Reimagined

The 5 protagonists for the series Trollz (2005) redesigned for a more modern cartoon aesthetic. I've always wanted to redraw these BFFL's (Best Friends For Life) as they were a staple in my childhood toy bin.
I collected the dolls as well as watched the animated straight to dvd episodes. I obsessed over them as they were colorful and different versus traditional dolls like Barbie.
I wanted to do the original designs justice and keep some of the fun pieces of their outfits, but also give them the look they'd have if turned into another animated show.
